Executive Chef Opportunity

This position is responsible for shaping venue food offerings to be relevant to the market while adhering to established standards. The role focuses on leading a culture of safe practices, ongoing auditing and continuous improvement in food safety, and contributing to succession planning and recruitment/development of Head Chefs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance, build talent pipelines, and foster a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Manage complex, fast-paced environments and dynamic operational settings.
  • Recruit, train, and develop culinary teams across multiple venues.
  • Monitor kitchen performance, including labour, wastage, and P&L reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture across diverse teams.
