We are seeking a self-starter for a national Bids & Submissions team to create and drive bids and submissions initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for developing a brand, and coordinating bids & submissions on large projects around Australia as part of a collaborative team.

Key requirements include:

  • Industry experience in bid coordination, preferably within construction or consultancy
  • An understanding of the coordination process behind bids, tenders, and submissions from start to delivery
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Interpreting clients' briefs and identifying relevant content
  • Researching, writing, editing, producing, and proofreading well-written bids and submissions
  • Supporting the creation of graphics using InDesign or Photoshop
