Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to contribute to the development of accurate, competitive, and compelling proposals for our clients.

  • Review client requests for proposal (RFPs), tenders, and specifications to understand technical and commercial requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and project teams to create tailored proposals.
  • Prepare cost estimates, technical documentation, and compliance matrices.
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates, pricing models, and standard content.
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and technical details.
  • Participate in bid review meetings and provide input on bid/no-bid decisions.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years Experience in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing
  • Electrical Engineering skills
  • Sales and Procurement experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and engineering principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is advantageous
