Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the National Bidding Team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content for bids, tenders, proposals and presentations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Crafting persuasive content for bids, tenders, proposals and presentations
  • Developing case studies, CVs, project profiles and capability statements to showcase the firm's expertise
  • Coordinating the production of fee proposals and submissions, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is high
  • Supporting research on clients and competitors to give proposals the winning edge
  • Assisting with publications and marketing collateral to boost brand visibility

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Around 3+ years' experience in a bidding, marketing, communications or professional services role
  • Strong writing, proofing and editing skills, with the ability to make content compelling
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • A proactive, team-player attitude with great stakeholder skills
  • Tech-savvy with advanced MS Office knowledge
