About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at HCF - Member Service. As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our providers and members, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage High Volume Inbound Calls: Respond to and resolve complex inquiries from providers and members in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve Enquiries within SLAs: Effectively manage and resolve enquiries within established service level agreements.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of provider and member information at all times.
  • Maintain Accuracy: Accurately maintain provider and member information in our systems.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate and liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comply with Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
About You

We are looking for a positive and engaging individual with a hands-on attitude. You will have experience in call centres or claims roles and possess the following skills:

  • Strong Commitment to Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt positively to changing work practices and needs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer Skills: Good computer and typing skills.
