Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at HCF - Member Service. As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our providers and members, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage High Volume Inbound Calls: Respond to and resolve complex inquiries from providers and members in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Enquiries within SLAs: Effectively manage and resolve enquiries within established service level agreements.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of provider and member information at all times.
- Maintain Accuracy: Accurately maintain provider and member information in our systems.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate and liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comply with Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
We are looking for a positive and engaging individual with a hands-on attitude. You will have experience in call centres or claims roles and possess the following skills:
- Strong Commitment to Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt positively to changing work practices and needs.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer Skills: Good computer and typing skills.
