About the Role:

We're looking for a talented individual to fill a full-time opportunity in our Parramatta store. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting our services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including in-store, phone, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Medibank products and services to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to upsell and cross-sell Medibank products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work in-store, from home, or out in the community, as required.
