Enablement Expertise: Supplier Partnership and Procurement Efficiency

The role of Supplier Enablement Specialist plays a crucial part in the success of our business by driving ongoing enhancements and efficiency within our procurement process.

This position requires interaction with multiple levels of management both internally and externally with our supply base. The candidate must develop, implement, and measure a supplier enablement and catalog strategy for indirect purchases that fully meets the needs of our business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain supplier enablement and catalog management processes.
  • Collaborate with the Procure to Pay team to drive an efficient and effective vendor onboarding process ensuring compliance, data integrity, and enablement within the Coupa platform.
  • Setup and Configuration Punchout Catalogs: Collaborate with suppliers to set up and configure catalogs ensuring all necessary information is correctly configured.
  • Evaluate and modify tools used in the Catalog and Supplier Enablement process to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Train end-users to optimize the use of Coupa tools and processes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for supplier and catalog enablement.
  • Engage and onboard new and existing suppliers to ensure they are set up and executing correctly in the Coupa system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Experience 3+ years in procurement supply chain or a similar role including experience with Coupa catalog management supplier onboarding and SAP integration.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience with catalog development and supplier enablement on Coupa or similar P2P platforms.
  • Critical thinking ability to assess situations logically and make sound judgments.
  • Problem-solving demonstrated capability to identify problems generate solutions and implement them effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel pivot tables VLOOKUPs and data analysis excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Supplier enablement and catalog management process efficiency.
  • Effective vendor onboarding and data integrity.
  • Successful setup and configuration of punchout catalogs.
  • Modification and improvement of tools used in the Catalog and Supplier Enablement process.
