Job Title: Supplier Enablement Specialist

This role involves driving efficiency and enhancements in procurement processes.

The supplier enablement specialist will utilize a procure to pay platform to drive ongoing enhancements and increase efficiency within the procurement process. The job requires interacting with multiple levels of management internally and externally with the supply base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain supplier enablement and catalog management processes.
  • Support the procurement team in collaboration with accounts payable and procurement to ensure an efficient and effective vendor onboarding process that ensures compliance, data integrity, and enablement.
  • Evaluate and modify tools used in the catalog and supplier enablement process to meet business needs.
  • Provide user training to optimize the use of the procure to pay platform.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for supplier and catalog enablement.
  • Engage and onboard new and existing suppliers to ensure they are set up correctly in the procure to pay system.
  • Ensure safety, risk, and compliance expectations are met, prioritizing safety in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role, including experience with procure to pay platforms.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience with catalog development and supplier enablement.
  • Critical thinking skills, ability to assess situations logically and make sound judgments.
  • Problem-solving skills, demonstrated capability to identify problems and implement solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
