Job Opportunity: Supplier Enablement Specialist

The role of a Supplier Enablement Specialist is a blend of supplier and catalog management, analysis, and support. This position requires the ability to interact across multiple levels of management both internally and externally with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain supplier enablement and catalog management processes ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Procure to Pay team in conjunction with Accounts Payable and Procurement to drive an efficient vendor onboarding process that ensures compliance and enablement within the Coupa platform.
  • Configure Punchout Catalogs: Partner with suppliers to set up and configure catalogs, guaranteeing accurate setup including punchout URL, buyer and supplier identities, shared secrets, items, etc.
  • Evaluate and modify tools used in the Catalog and Supplier Enablement process to meet evolving business needs.
  • End User Training: Train end users to optimize their use of Coupa tools and processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for supplier and catalog enablement.
  • Supplier Enablement: Engage and onboard new and existing suppliers to ensure they are properly set up and executing correctly in the Coupa system.
  • Other duties as necessary in the effective performance of the role or as directed by stakeholders.
