Workforce Planning & Scheduling Support

  • Liaise with team leaders and supervisors to organize coverage and communicate issues promptly.

HR & Administration Support (Ad Hoc)

  • Provide generalist administrative support to the HR officers across the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role blending engagement, HR operations, and coordination.
• Strong understanding of fast-paced rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning.
• High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.
