Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

The NSW Crown Solicitor's Office is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join their team.

This role provides a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.

You will be responsible for analyzing organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted solutions to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall work experience.

A successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in human resource management or equivalent relevant experience, as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate a high level of customer focus, attention to detail, and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The role is based in the Sydney CBD and requires a temporary commitment of up to 18 months, working 21 hours per week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
