Job Title: Director of Organizational Development

This is a key role that drives the execution of learning initiatives aligned with core business objectives for our delivery services operations teams. As Director of Organizational Development, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of minimum 6 professionals across various regions, assessing, tracking, and facilitating impactful training programs for new and current employees.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Management, Human Resources, Education, Supply Chain/Logistics) and proven experience in coaching and employee development. Additionally, they will have previous experience in delivering effective training & information to employees.
