
Organizational Development Specialist

COS, a family-owned Aussie business, is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organisation. This 12-month maternity leave cover role reports directly to the People Experience Leader.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in uplifting organisational capability, driving continuous learning, and ensuring alignment to strategic workforce priorities. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and delivery of learning programs (face-to-face, digital, blended)
- Coordinating onboarding, mandatory training, and compliance learning programs
- Developing and supporting capability frameworks and career pathway initiatives aligned to business strategy and initiatives
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in coordinating and supporting learning and development initiatives to join COS's community of like-minded people working towards a common goal.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in coordinating and supporting learning and development initiatives
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
You will also need proficiency with Learning Management Systems and MS Office suite, as well as exceptional administration skills including excellent time management and organisational skills.
