
Community Partnerships Business Development Lead

We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our partnership and growth initiatives at the community level. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, retention, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partnership and growth strategies at the community level
- Provide expert advice on business development, sales, partnerships, and account management to achieve business retention and growth outcomes
- Manage business accounts and maintain strategic relationships to maximise growth opportunities and sustained commercial outcomes
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent qualifications and experience
- Demonstrated experience leading business development and growth initiatives, strategies, and support systems for a large organisation
- Demonstrated experience managing business accounts and maintaining strategic relationships to maximise growth opportunities and sustained commercial outcomes
