  • Market Analysis, Dive into data to spot emerging trends and assess competitor activities, helping you pinpoint potential opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Lead Generation, Use your networking skills, innovative prospecting methods, and targeted outreach to generate high-quality leads.

  • Client Acquisition, Build strong relationships with potential clients, delivering compelling pitches to close deals and expand the client base.

  • Relationship Management, Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their loyalty and driving repeat business.

  • Partnership Development, Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other businesses to unlock new revenue streams and collaborative opportunities.

Role Requirements

  • Related degree / qualification or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency using CRM's and business software systems

  • Have minimum of 6 years' experience in a BDM (or similar) role in the construction (or relative / relatable) sectors

  • Have a network of clients / relationships within the sector/s

  • Have a proven / tangible track of securing new tender opportunities on projects in related sectors.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including operation and management teams

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence

  • Resilience and organizational agility

  • Strong negotiation and critical analysis
