
Business Development and Partnerships Lead

This role is perfect for someone with a strong mix of business development and interpersonal skills combined with a passion for creating and cultivating long-term strategic relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales, Education, Marketing or related field will be highly desirable
- Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management, business development, or a related role ideally in the education and training sector
- Proven track record of successfully developing education programs and products using internal and external resources
- Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the education and training landscape, including industry trends and challenges
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies

As Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Education Design and Product Enablement to drive strategic partnerships that fuel the expansion of new training programs and education products.
In this hands-on role, you'll help drive our savvy education initiatives by developing high-quality educational programs that expand and diversify our offerings.
Day to day, your focus will be on identifying, developing and managing partnerships with organisations, institutions (VET and Higher Education) and stakeholders to position us as a leader in the education and training sector.
This role is based in Darlinghurst and offers a salary package of A$135,000-A$190,000 per annum. We are committed to providing services that protect and keep children, young people and adults at risk free from harm as we have zero tolerance of racism, discrimination, harm, or abuse.
