We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Procurement Lead to join our team at Maxxia Pty Ltd. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's procurement strategy forward.

This unique opportunity allows you to work closely with our experienced Head of Procurement, navigating all aspects of the procurement lifecycle. Your key responsibility will be to guide and support business owners in selecting and managing key suppliers and contracts within Maxxia, ensuring adherence to our established processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead supplier selection processes, ensuring alignment with our Procurement Policy and providing value to Maxxia.
  • Manage certain suppliers and assist the business with tier 1 suppliers.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting on specific suppliers or procurement processes.
  • Contribute to the implementation of our procurement strategy.
  • Assist in sustainability and modern slavery-related activities, aligning with our Procurement Policy and working group initiatives.
About You

To excel in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, with a proven track record in developing and executing procurement processes. Your expertise in supplier selection and management, as well as contract administration, is essential. Additionally, you must possess strong attention to detail, professional integrity, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience.
