We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Leader to spearhead our Source to Pay process across multiple functional areas, geographies, and business units. As a key member of the procurement team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring best-in-class procurement practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a best-in-class end-to-end Source to Pay strategy
  • Collaborate with senior managers across the business to embed the Source to Pay strategy, including progress updates and risk identification
  • Lead and develop one direct report
  • Conduct a thorough review of existing contracts, suppliers, and procurement policies to establish and implement a more robust and sustainable procurement framework for the business
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand pain points and embed the newly established procurement process across the business
  • Strategically source key categories to ensure cost savings, cost avoidance, and security of supply
  • Monitor industry trends and market developments to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness

This is an exciting opportunity to join Six Degrees Executive as a Strategic Procurement Leader. We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a passion for procurement and a proven track record in driving strategic sourcing initiatives, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to align procurement strategy with wider business initiatives. You will also be responsible for identifying and proactively managing procurement risks to the business, developing risk mitigation plans as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate expertise in leading Source to Pay processes, with a strong background in procurement and experience working with Ariba, Coupa, and Zycus. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills, combined with your ability to analyze complex data, will enable you to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
