**Employment Law Advisor Role:**
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in employment law, with a solid understanding of employment matters.
The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, extremely thorough and have a strong drafting skills. You will have experience from an employer perspective and be able to advise clients on the full suite of employment matters.
As an Associate Lawyer in our Workplace Advisory and Disputes team, you will:
- Advise clients on employment matters, including compliance, enterprise bargaining agreements, unfair dismissals, equal opportunity and general protections claims
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies and procedures
- Represent clients in employment disputes and litigation
