About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Director to lead our People and Culture division, driving innovative human resource practices and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic people plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Advise leadership on human resources, industrial relations, and compliance.
  • Create and oversee the implementation of the People and Culture division's strategic plan.
  • Lead talent management, including recruitment, performance, and succession planning.
  • Oversee employee relations, safety, and workplace culture initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic people plans.
  • Flexibility to lead day-to-day HR operations where needed.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian labour laws and WHS standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
