About the Company:
Kennedy Reid is a well-respected provider of Financial Services technology.
*Competitive salary package AUD 140,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end HR function including providing HR advice and supporting management on HR-related issues.
- Collaborate across the business to implement a performance framework that aligns with company goals.
- Manage HR Administration, ensuring compliance with Australian employment law and managing employee-related issues.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems to support business objectives.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources or equivalent years of experience.
- Ideal experience implementing HR systems and processes.
- Minimum of 5 years in general HR advisory and transactional activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be autonomous and able to work as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
