About the Role

The Strategic HR Director will be responsible for providing trusted advice and guidance on HR-related issues as a genuine partner to the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with service line leaders within the portfolio.
  • Management of employee relations, including complex ER issues.
  • Development and communication of HR policy and procedure changes, ensuring they are up-to-date with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Cyclical activities, including Promotions, Salary Reviews, Engagement Survey briefings, and Talent & Performance Management.
  • Designing and executing projects to drive engagement and retention efforts within the business.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • A proven track record as a HR Manager in large-scale organisations.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, preferred.
  • Sound generalist HR operational experience, including management of complex ER issues.
  • A keen interest in Employee Relations and Engagement strategy.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
