Job Overview

The role of Resource Lead is a pivotal position within the organization, driving innovation and growth through effective resource management.

  • Develop and maintain detailed strategic plans to ensure technology projects are executed with available resources.
  • Monitor and review assigned forecasts and capacity plans, ensuring data integrity, forecast quality, progress updates, and contingency management.
  • Participate in senior-level meetings and maintain baseline forecasts according to approved changes.
  • Identify and facilitate resolution for resource conflicts.
  • Analyze planning and forecasting data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities and assist with implementation of approved solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve communication across disciplines and business units.

About You

  • Experienced professional with a strong background in resource management, project planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop recommendations to solve problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in resource management, program and project planning, financial management, risk, and issue management, stakeholder management, and delivery.
  • Advanced Diploma in Program Management, IT, or equivalent experience.
