National Workforce Planning Manager

This pivotal position involves leading and overseeing all aspects of resource planning across multiple locations.

The Key Focus:

Enhancing operational efficiency is key for this role. You will manage the resource-related components, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost optimization, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Opportunities to optimize resource utilization while maintaining service quality and operational readiness will be identified and implemented.

In addition to strategic planning, the role involves day-to-day oversight of resource deployment, ensuring smooth operations across all locations.

Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure resource availability aligns with business needs, supporting workforce capability and development.

The Key Criteria:

- 5+ years' experience in operational resource planning across multiple states and territories.

- Experience in interpreting Enterprise Agreements and National Awards.

- Leadership experience driving operational excellence and business relationships.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.

- Demonstrated business acumen, including financial management.

- Analytical skills and experience driving cultural change and continuous business improvement.

- Previous experience in or knowledge of airline industry principles.

- Strong understanding of Resource Management Systems.
