Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the procurement of transportation capacity and warehousing resources. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation and coordination skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of market capacity and pricing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop strategic plans for intercontinental capacity and warehousing resource procurement
  2. Liaise with last-mile service providers, local fleets, and warehousing resource suppliers to secure optimal resources
  3. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize existing supplier pools and reduce costs
  4. Establish effective procurement management systems, processes, and standards to ensure compliance
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to promote production capacity optimization and resource utilization

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in international logistics and warehousing
  • Prior experience managing capacity procurement teams, preferably with expertise in last-mile service providers and truck delivery resources
  • Excellent business negotiation and coordination skills, with strong knowledge of market capacity and pricing dynamics
  • Fluency in English and Chinese for work purposes, proficiency in office software and basic data analysis tools
  • Rich project management experience, excellent organizational coordination and teamwork skills, strong learning ability, and ability to handle unexpected problems independently
