Job Opportunity:

  • You will lead a team, guiding them and fostering an environment of innovation, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
  • You will provide contract management governance and compliance support, reviewing procurement and contract management documents to inform continuous improvement activities.
  • You will facilitate knowledge transfer and continual development for the organization by developing and delivering internal training sessions and sourcing external training solutions for the compliance framework.
  • You will contribute to the development and implementation of organizational initiatives by scanning Government and Industry standards, ensuring that the organization is up-to-date with best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team, identifying and coordinating career development opportunities, providing coaching and mentoring, and fostering an environment of innovation, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
