dnata is a leading air services provider with operations across five continents.

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planner to join our workforce planning team in Australia.

The National Workforce Planner will be responsible for managing resource allocation activities across the country. This role plays a key part in operational planning, ensuring effective resource positioning and contributing to business performance.

This position involves:

  • Assisting in resource allocation activities, researching options for optimising resource deployment and contributing to business strategy discussions.
  • Collaborating with the Training department to identify resource needs and support the development of training plans.
  • Supporting the maintenance of the Central Planning Department resource plan and assisting in simulation projects to assess operational capacity and potential bottlenecks.
  • Providing support to the Local Roster Team in weekly roster publishing and ensuring service level targets are attained through proactive rostering and cost control discussions.

Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in Resource Planning or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable criteria include:

  • Understanding of Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
  • Experience implementing new operational systems.

This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
