We are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team. As a key member of the People and Culture function, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and cyclical people-related activities across various business units.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on human resources practices, policies, and procedures while partnering with teams to drive compliance, performance, and employee engagement. This includes conducting case management across the wider People and Culture team, managing a smaller client portfolio with full partnering scope, and acting as the subject matter expert for business units to provide advice and guidance on strategic initiatives.

You will also manage employee and industrial relations matters within business units, driving outcomes and mitigating risk, and contribute to change management initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated capability in conducting complex case management matters, preferably using digital case-tracking systems and analytics in a unionized or industrial environment">
  • Proven experience in workplace mediation and facilitation is highly regarded">
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree or diploma level majoring in human resources management or equivalent and/or experience in a similar role">
  • A consultative approach to delivering human resources services to managers and employees">
