Strategic Resource Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to drive performance by analysing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with staff members to understand their development areas and seek growth opportunities.
  • Support change management initiatives, focusing on the effective roll-out of new tools, reporting, and systems.
  • Identify upcoming skills shortages and manage staff capacity to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with teams to balance workload management across the organisation and promote diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • Experience in resource management, project management, recruitment, talent development, and/or supply & demand management is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Able to work autonomously but connect into the team regularly, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and deliver multiple solutions for a win-win scenario.
  • Familiarity with various tools and technologies used in resource management and project coordination.
