Job Overview

This role is a key component of our organisation's strategic framework, focusing on people strategy delivery with senior leaders. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients to provide high-quality HR support and advice, concentrating on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to deliver expert HR support and services to clients.
  • Partner with clients to implement strategic People and Culture initiatives, including workforce planning, organisational design, and talent management.
  • Develop contemporary recruitment and global mobility strategies and oversee senior appointments within the faculty.
  • Build effective partnerships with clients to understand and proactively address their human resources requirements.
  • Support managers on employee relations matters, including performance management and Enterprise Agreement application.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree and extensive experience in human resource management and policies in a complex environment.
  • Solid generalist knowledge across People and Culture practice, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and remuneration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of P&C professionals, build relationships, and think strategically in a P&C context.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human resource management principles and practices, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
