We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in community services, mental health or a related field, and a demonstrated understanding of the recovery model and psychosocial rehabilitation.
This role requires a high level of communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people, including participants, carers, clinical services and other service providers.
In this position, you will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide intensive one-to-one support to participants in a strengths-based, psychosocial rehabilitation framework.
You will assist participants in developing their Individual Recovery Plan (IRP) and provide access to appropriate support services as identified in their plan.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enabling participants to achieve independent living in the community.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
TeamHEALTH offers above award conditions, including 5 weeks annual leave, salary packaging and a friendly and flexible work environment.
