About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Gallagher Bassett. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering personalized support and guidance to individuals who have experienced workplace injuries.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, and healthcare professionals. You will also have a proven track record of success in rehabilitation and return-to-work programs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate regular face-to-face meetings with injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers to develop and implement effective return-to-work plans;
  • Educate stakeholders on legislative requirements, premium impacts, and the importance of early intervention in injury management;
  • Collaborate with vocational providers to achieve optimal return-to-work outcomes;
  • Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the return-to-work process, ensuring clear understanding and cooperation;
