We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Forensic Intervention Services, a specialist program area of Corrections Victoria. As a clinician, you will play a vital role in reducing re-offending and making the community safer by working with individuals who have histories of violent and sexual offending.

With a focus on delivering best-practice forensic intervention, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes nurses, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing, treating, and managing complex cases, and contributing to the development of treatment plans and programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be registered as a Mental Health Nurse with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses and hold a current driver's license.

The salary for this position is $90,067.00 – $102,192.00 per year, and the schedule is fixed shifts. Opportunities are available in both metro and regional locations, including Melbourne, Lara, Greater Geelong, Loddon Mallee, and Grampians.
