About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical injury to safely return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop effective rehabilitation plans
  • Use award-winning psychosocial risk tools to provide holistic support and achieve great outcomes
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to implement and monitor rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals

Requirements
  • Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes
  • Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans and conducting assessments
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
