Job Description
We're seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Administrative Support Specialist to provide support to our claims teams across various administrative activities. You'll have the opportunity to learn new skills and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare written correspondence such as letters and emails for injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, legal representatives, and medicolegal specialists;
  • Maintain data within GB and regulators' systems;
  • Undertake registration of new claims and data reviews;
  • Issue notices and reminders of appointments to injured workers;
  • Manage incoming correspondence from a range of channels and in various formats;
  • Participate in key business projects and initiatives, such as learning and development.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role and/or demonstrated experience in undertaking administrative duties in a fast-paced environment;
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of organisation and with a varied set of stakeholders;
  • Enthusiastic, with a strong sense of team and collaboration;
  • A resilient attitude.

Compensation and Benefits
You'll receive a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, including:
