Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and consulting team, including patient bookings, data entry, and clerical duties.
  • Facilitate effective communication between patients, consultants, and staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring timely and secure patient information flow.
  • Perform reception duties, handling patient inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or medical front desk role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary Estimate
