Key Requirements :

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Desirable Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in a healthcare administration role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with database management systems

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and front desk team
  • Coordinate and manage patient bookings and consultant appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with product and service inquiries, promotions, and sales efforts

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
