About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy admissions desk, responding to inquiries and directing calls as needed.
  • Organize appointments and prepare admission paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records.
  • Perform health fund checks as required, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collect excess payments and manage related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with staff from other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Complete data entry tasks and perform other clerical duties as needed.
