Technical Support Specialist

Rinnai Australia is a fast-growing and energetic organisation that continues to invest heavily in Australian manufacturing and the latest technologies. We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to provide technical advice and remote support in our Technical Help Desk group (THD) for associated branded products.

You will liaise with key internal stakeholders to provide timely product operation and service information, maintenance and diagnostic guides to our customers. You will also provide specialist technical help desk support for Gas Heating products and related ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and remote support to customers
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide product information and guides
  • Provide specialist technical help desk support for Gas Heating products

Requirements:

  • Trade qualifications in plumbing, gasfitting and refrigerated air conditioning
  • Installation experience with gas ducted heating systems and related equipment
  • Intermediate general computer skills and competency using the Microsoft Office suite
