Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist at SEL, you will provide critical technical support to our staff and customers. This role requires a strong understanding of SEL processes and technologies, as well as excellent communication and documentation skills.

Technical Requirements
Experience in programming and script files is essential, as well as practical knowledge of 3-phase power systems. You will also work with emulators and logic analyzers, and have a strong understanding of SEL protective relays and automation controllers. Additionally, you will be able to use Microsoft Visio and have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.

Required Qualifications
Experience in programming and script files
Practical knowledge of 3-phase power systems

Ability to use MS Windows and serial port terminal emulation software
Practical knowledge of SEL protective relays & automation controllers
Ability to use Microsoft Visio
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
