Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (desired)
  • Experience
    • 8-10 years' experience in financial services, ideally within private wealth management or private banking
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Demonstrated success in business operations, financial oversight, and strategic project delivery and problem-solving
    • Exposure to national business environments and willingness to travel interstate as required
    • Deep understanding of operational processes, client service delivery, and regulatory requirements in financial services
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills
    • High-level analytical and problem-solving capabilities
