Business Transformation Opportunity

The company is seeking an experienced Business Transformation professional to lead strategic transformation initiatives and support member firms through the transformation journey.

This role requires a leader with robust problem-solving skills, ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable plans and work with stakeholders to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the business transformation operating model across member firms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and collaboration throughout transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver improvement opportunities with clear financial and operational benefits.
  • Lead or support the planning, scoping, and execution of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives.
  • Provide hands-on support in delivering change initiatives, including change management planning, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Utilise a strong problem-solving toolkit (e.g., process mapping, financial analysis, vendor evaluation) to deliver practical, effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present clear recommendations, updates, and reports to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor project outcomes, adapt approaches where necessary, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support a high-performing, collaborative team culture that values ownership, accountability, and real-world impact.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, MBA, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in management consulting, transformation, process and operational redesign or restructuring and offshoring.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, particularly within a multinational context.
  • Change management experience, with a demonstrated ability to guide organisations through significant transitions.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and proficiency in consulting methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient, with a commitment to collaboration and building strong relationships across the organisation.
