Job Description

As a strategic operations leader, you will play a key role in driving transformative change across our growing wealth advisory firm. Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining processes and embedding operational best practices.

You will collaborate with leaders to deliver strategic impact and partner with our Managing Partner, CTO, and senior leadership team to strengthen our operational backbone.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring the Client Service Managers and Client Service Officers teams, managing performance, workloads, and development.
  • Providing oversight and strategic guidance to the Paraplanning team.
  • Partnering with the CTO to improve processes, leverage technology, and lead change initiatives.
  • Maintaining operational compliance and overseeing policy documentation.
  • Delivering internal training programs, including the Minchin Moore Curriculum.
  • Supporting technology adoption and potential system transitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning / wealth management operations.
  • A proven track record in team leadership, process improvement, and change management.
  • Strong Xplan expertise (including configuration, coding, and data feeds).
  • A confident communicator with a strategic mindset and collaborative style.
  • Experience in scaling operations and working across multiple locations.
