About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic security operations leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing national security operations across Australia.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a national security workforce across multiple high-profile client sites. You will be responsible for delivering strategic and operational leadership across our security portfolio, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Security Services Industry Award.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, collaborate with senior leadership to enhance service delivery, and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency across national operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a national security workforce across multiple high-profile client sites
  • Deliver strategic and operational leadership across our security portfolio
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Security Services Industry Award
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance service delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency across national operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' senior-level experience leading large-scale security operations (national or multi-state)
  • In-depth knowledge of security industry legislation, licensing obligations, and industrial relations frameworks
  • Certificate IV or higher in Security and Risk Management (Diploma preferred)
  • Valid Security Licence
