Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance leadership and management competencies within client groups
  • Promote talent strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Development teams
  • Provide critical support to newly appointed senior leaders, fostering organizational culture and alignment
  • Lead complex Employee Relations matters and organizational change projects
  • Drive Organizational Development and Design initiatives, including restructuring and succession planning
  • Champion employee self-service initiatives across the business
  • Lead strategic HR interventions to drive performance and growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance and support
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner in blue-chip or mid-sized organizations
  • Proven ability to partner with Director/C-level stakeholders, driving collaborative outcomes
  • Broad experience across Employee Relations, Organizational Development/Change, Talent Management, Engagement, and Leadership Development
  • Skilled in using data analytics to inform decision-making and influence business strategy
  • A high-energy, personable, and resilient style to build rapport quickly and influence demanding leaders
