- Lead a team of Client Relationship Managers and Senior CRMs, providing guidance, coaching, and development support.

- Drive service excellence initiatives, embedding best practice and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Oversee client onboarding, contract management, and renewals, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
- Design and deliver training programs, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to support strategy, people, and processes, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all governance, risk, and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Extensive experience in client relationship management, ideally within financial services.
