What you'll do- Work with our product teams to define and agree project scope and results- Handle a portfolio of projects to launch new capabilities, and support the delivery of transformation projects- Work closely with our technology teams to ensure the technical delivery plans are aligned with broader business change plans- Collaborate with your peers in other parts of the organisation to ensure that plans spanning multiple parts of the organisation are well co-ordinated- Collaborate with our business partners to ensure that new platform capabilities are successfully released into production without disruption and are widely adopted.- Work with our finance teams to ensure that project and programme costs are budgeted, handled and reported appropriately.- Mentor more junior Project Managers - support them to navigate complex situations and manage their projects successfully.

What you'll bring- Bring best-in-class ways of working and fresh ideas to support the structure and development of a new Business Change team.- Significant experience of running sophisticated business change and transformation deliveries in fast paced technology driven businesses- Consistent track record in leading and developing teams of project and programme management, working with partners across multiple markets-
- Proven experience of having built effective and positive relationships with senior team members- Confident communication skills and the ability to summarise sophisticated scenario's with clear recommendations- Highly collaborative style and able to thrive in a team with experience of operating in a matrix structure, in fast paced organisations.

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
