Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with leadership skills? As a Digital Tech Programme Manager, you will play a critical part in driving digital transformation across our organisation.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading complex programmes and portfolios, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You will maintain control artefacts, report status confidently in executive steering groups, and partner with team members to achieve programme objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of programme progress and communicate status updates effectively.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop the skills of Project/Delivery Managers to enable them to lead large, complex programmes.
About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in project and programme delivery. Strategic thinking, leadership, and motivational skills are essential. Experience with Atlassian tools and mentoring is desirable.
