What you'll do
- Champion a streamlined interface between the Digital Technology team and various Product partners / business functions, ensuring working relationships remain strong, work intake operates smoothly, priorities are aligned and roadmaps are maintained.
- Lead the planning of complex digital Programmes and Portfolios across multi-disciplinary teams working in close collaboration with delivery partners across product and technology.
- Give Digital Technology a voice in an environment with large numbers of collaborators and dependencies.
- Excel at maintaining control artefacts and reporting status; confidently representing the team in a variety of executive steering groups, as well as maintaining data on milestones, risks, issues and mitigation plans.
- Partner with key team members to ensure that programme results are developed and delivered to production as efficiently as possible, bringing clear structure and holding people accountable.
- Develop teams of Project/Delivery Managers to successfully deliver large, complex programmes of work.
- Own and manage Programme / Portfolio budgets, ensuring that Technology spend is in line with expectations and financial risk is appropriately handled.

What you'll bring
- A proven track record of relevant project and programme delivery, working in a fast-paced industry.
- The ability to think strategically, pragmatically, and positively about product, technical and cross-functional challenges collaborating with multiple internal and external partner groups to problem-solve effectively for the benefit of our customers.
- Strong leadership, with motivational skills including the ability to lead throughout all levels of the organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of tracking and reporting tools and experience with Atlassian tools including Confluence and JIRA is desirable.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in a technology context.
- Experienced in working in an inclusive environment, understands and values diversity, and is comfortable working to promote these values every day.

Our spacious tech hub is less than a mile from Leeds train station. There's plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
