About the Role
  • This position requires owning and maintaining an End-to-End digital portfolio plan, ensuring alignment across internal and external teams to achieve Digital goals.
  • You will set up new or improve existing programme governance to enable effective communication across partner groups and facilitate decision making.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external delivery partners, including third-party agencies, to ensure alignment of cross-programme dependencies.
  • Influence and lead senior partner groups, highlighting the need for senior-level support/decision making via Digital Steering Group meetings.
  • Run project finances; forecast spends, track actuals, estimate, and schedule resources to ensure successful delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in delivering large-scale transformation programmes across software delivery and business change.
  • A strong programme management background with experience of the Software Delivery cycle and leading agile delivery teams.
  • The ability to gain involvement and engagement from a wide range of senior partners and leadership team, demonstrating high resilience when handling conflicting priorities.
  • An effective communicator, able to cut through noise and articulate problems/challenges at all levels.
